Never again

We booked here due to convinience to freeway and family visiting, we just needed a basic room to sleep and shower, the room was to be used at a minimum. The place was just that, nothing fancy. At that point we were satisfied. When we were packing to leave, we noticed we had been sleeping on a blood stained boxspring, it was apparent the mattress had been replaced, but the boxspring had been saturated with about a half gallon of blood. Enough blood to realized we had been sleeping on a boxspring that someone had bleed out on. We felt disgusted and a bit violated that a hotel would allow the continuous use of such a piece of furniture. I know it's one room out of hundreds, but what else are they letting slide? I dont need an answer, will never stay on this property or related properties again.

Thought this was going to be a good Hotel. Right away there was a smell in the hallway on the first floor. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they returned Febreezed the hallway. The second night the smell had gotten worse to the point where I couldnt stay in that room anymore. I was starting to smell it through the door. OK now Im moved to a new room on the other end of the building. Now theres a note placed under everyones door at 10:30 at night when most are probably sleeping. There will be NO hot water in the morning due to the replacement of the water heater. Oh and they were doing something on the roof. THere was a big tractor thingy outside my window and it was loud. So much for the windows being open. Then theres a restaurant or something next door whom host weddings and such on the weekends. LOUD!! I was told they shut down the outside dance club the must have at 10PM. I think it was about 1am when they shut up. Had a great time at DIsneyland tho!! :o#41

I stayed here and enjoyed my stay, it was in a great area close to I-405, the service was great from the moment I arrive the front desk was friendly and grave great service. the room was geat, for the rate you can not beat it there is an resturant in walking distance called squires, its open 24 hours and serve great meals. or you can cook in the room, full size refridgerator, plates every thing like at home. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this Hotel some time ago and I just found out how to write a review. My experience with this Hotel was terrible. I was staying because of business. On the last day of the trip the meeting ran late and I was an hour late checking out of the room . In most cases Hotels will charge you another day or a late fee. This hotel went into my room and packed my belongs! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would have payed the late fee or even stayed another night. The staff was unapologetic. They offered me no compensation for my experience. This is a bad place to stay. I had to return to the area and stayed at the Qualitiy Inn down the street. There are better hotels to stay in. Avoid this one!
