05/01/2010Staff was very friendly. although our room was very outdated. we were always requesting washcloths and the hotel seemed to limit what we were given everyday.

Nice Stay
04/24/2010I got a clean comfortable room. i ordered an extra blanket at 11pm and i got it within ten minutes. fast check in and checkout .

When we checked in we were told our rooms were ready, but there was some confusion between housekeeping, the manager, and the receptionist. Receptionist was not very friendly, a lot of eye rolling towards the manager. One of the rooms smelled funny, we couldn't figure out what is was. It is located right next to a very busy street and the 405, so there is constant noise from the traffic. The next morning, there was no hot water! We didn't get an explanation, we weren't offered anything, not even breakfast. When we checked out, we weren't asked how our stay was and we didn't get an apology for the invconvenience of having to take cold showers! Would not stay there again!

We had a wonderful time in Long Beach. The hotel was very easy to get to and nice clean rooms. The people working the desk were very pleasant and helpful. I spent a full week at the hotel with no problems. They did have some vending machine issues.....outdated pop or machines not working, but other than that everything was great.
