The front desk didn't have any interest in dealing with it. Thankfully, none of our things were missing. Also, we were charged resort fees and other hotel fees that really added up. It is a nice clean property, just not a good experience.

My old friend surprised me with a trip here and I was truly impressed. Being at the Intercontinental Presidente was fairly far from the main strip and had its own beautiful beach. The beach was clean and the ocean was crystal blue - as where the main strip had a brown ocean. The resturant was beautiful and clean and right next to the bus line. The breakfast in the morning was at ocean side and had wonderful service. Staff could speack english so it was easy to comunicate needs. It was a wonderful experience and will be back very soon!!!! Enjoy

We had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental Presidente. The staff was very friendly. Any issue we had was responded to with lightening speed. The bed was just amazing,the room spacious with an amazing view, nice balcony and the sound of the surf was hard to leave! We had this beautiful resort almost to ourselves at an incredibly low price. We have stayed in many hotels and resorts over the past 20 years of going to Vallarta and this was our favorite. It is a bit dated....our only complaint was the need for a new floor in the bathroom and water pressure/heat varied and was often low. Desk checkout was a bit slow....we'd return in a minute!
