Very close to Legoland. Our room was very large with a microwave/ refrigerator. TV was huge flat screen. The hotel is nicely landscaped and our room was very nice, COMFY beds. Convenience in that there is a nice shopping center just a few blocks away (I would recommend driving it though.) Had a Ralph's grocery, Rite-Aid and multiple restaurants. There is a Benihana at the hotel (expect dinner @ $*+ each). The lobby area is nice. They have bellman carts to transport luggage and plenty of free parking. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage, toast/muffins, juice, coffee, hard-boiled eggs and fresh fruit. This is a nice value hotel that is convenient to the interstate.

Many things we got from this QI were good except the most important: a good night's sleep. The hotel has 100% foam double beds, which were deadly on my wife's and my back. The extra back pain and time taken to soothe it really took away from the trip. We could deal with doubles, but cheapo foam instead of innerspring is a real loser. The staff could not come up with a bedboard or any other solution. Otherwise this QI offered reasonable value for a low price. The staff kindly relocated us from 212 (facing I-5, with a terrible leftover smoke odor) to 301, in the same price bracket and away from the freeway. The breakfast room offers a lot, but foods themselves are budget all the way. Coffee was consistently good, and available

We stayed at this hotel on 4/6/09 and asked the for ""free upgrade"" advertised by online travel website . The manager said they do not off a free upgrade and that if we wanted an upgrade we would have to pay * for it. There is no room in this hotel worth even *. The management staff is rude and do not understand the concept of customer service. Our room was dirty, the bathroom had mold on the tile, the beds were terrible, and the hotel itself was noisy and dirty. Do yourself a favor and put it on your do not stay list.

The check in person was not very pleasent. The room had this MUSKY/HUMID odor. We were told it was due to the high humidity of being so near the beach. In the final day of our stay, we found out the shower ceilings drywall was soggy and soft. It appears the above piping was leaking. Upon check out, I explained about the wet ceiling and the smell. I was brushed off and told it was due to the high humidity. I will never stay there again or in any other of their hotels.
