The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very nice, and the food was wonderful. This hotel is steps from the marina and is the only place we would want to stay if we came back. We only came down for three nights and four days. Picking a hotel on the marina was the bes. Everything we wanted to do was right there. We did not have to worry about taxi or shuttle transfers like you do at the other cabo hotels. That saved us a lot of money for certain. The food at the Golden Zone restaurants was wonderful and I am glad that our drinks were included in the all inclusive price. We are definitely staying here again.

My wife and I stayed here from 2/11/11-2/14/11 and had a wonderful and well needed vacation, without the kids, and had a blast. The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice except for the constant hum of the ac/power room. The bed wasn't as comfortable as we liked, but then again are any beds as comfy as the one you have at home!!! It did serve its purpose. The location was great, as soon as you left the back gate you were on the marina. We did the all inclusive and it was well worth it. We did read some of the reviews and were a little worried, but as soon as we arrived we were on vacation. Pools were very nice and clean. Food was great. We will be back and with our children. We were going to go to the sky gym but were interupted by the inviting pool so we decided to just have margaritas by the pool instead. We did discover on the top of the other building that there was a great sun dack and two jacuzzi's that looked like they were hardly used. Wished we had discovered this place earlier. Awesome!!!

The hotel is old and in poor condition. On our first morning there we were awakend at 6AM by a garbage truck outside our door blasting rap music and crashing the trash cans around. The next morning, at 6:50, someone was powerwashing the side of the building right by our room. This went on until 8AM. Nice, restful morning, huh? Also, the staff was less than friendly, seemed unhappy to be working there! The rooms were rundown, peeling paint, etc. The pool area was old, plastic lounge chairs and tables........we were happy to leave!!!!

Stayed from 10/6/09 to 10/13/09 Events: The main pool was closed the first two days there. Travel online stated no information of this at time of booking. When I called customer service, they stated there was nothing they could really do since the property has a smaller "secondary" pool. (The smaller pool was about the size of our room.) The safe in our room did not work when we got there. After forty minutes of trying to fix it, they ripped it out of the wall and put a different one in the hole that was left over. (The safe could have been taken right out of the hole and out of the room!) The best for last! When my wife and I returned from town the second night, our room door was OPEN.....and a man was passed out drunk in our bed!!! Security called, I tried to beat the guy awake. The guy finally wakes up and tells us the front desk gave him the key!!! Long story short, he was drunk and said he was staying with friends in the hotel. He either stated the wrong room number or the front desk gave the wrong key. At any rate, the Hotel never called to verify or checked thier records...etc... Absolutly uncalled for. The front desk tried to call the manager on duty....he was asleep and wouldn't answer his phone! Travel online NO help with this matter. Said they really couldn't do anything. Hotel offered a new room but there was no point to that if they let anyone in thier rooms. We got approx. $* in free spa treatment for the trouble. Not happy at all....will NEVER stay at this resort again...will NEVER buy from Travel online again!

We were satisfied about everything in the hotel. Main pool was closed, but we survived. We only got harrassed once re: the time share stuff, but besides that, we were happy and satisfied. We would definately recommend to everyone. All bars and clubs are walking distance from the hotel, no taxis needed. Go to Walmart to buy groceries and save lots of money. We are planning to go again. It was out 2nd time there and will be returning.
