Wanted to charge you * for internet in your room and also you need to take your credit card to the business center...Please. Maids didnt refill coffee box and take away dirty towels. The safety bar on the wall was broken for the shower #40I found out the hard way#41. It was completely unglued on the bottom wall connector. Fitness center being remodeled no pre-warning to guests. No smoking on the rooms balconies which didnt bother me but some will want to know. Also went downstairs for the advertised breakfast buffet and they didnt have it... for budget reasons! Took a cab to the Hilton to have a nice breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and hotel grounds were beautiful.

Perfect location. Very nice hotel. Do not stay on new years eve unless you want to stay in a hotel overtaken with barely drinking age partiers who bring their own stereos and have loud parties in multiple rooms throughout the hotel until 7:00 am. There were also activities such as seeing who can scream the loudest from the balconies at all hours throughout the night. The hotel did refund my room charge for the night

I took my family to San Diego for my Post Graduate graduation ceremony. We had two wonderful rooms in the Marriot Marina Hotel. Great location, wonderfull view of the Marina, downtown San Diego and of course the ocean. The Staff were excellent at the Hotel. Very curteious and professional. When we needed something all we did was call and someone was at our door witin 5 minutes. I cannot say anything bad about the stay. The room had all we needed and was clean and confortable. I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

From the minute the valets met our car until we checked out we were treated like royalty. Warm and friendly staff, beautiful building, great location--5 blocks to the stadium and 3 to dozens of great restaurants-- self parking can be a little tight but the service alone makes you forget about that! the rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms were very roomy. views of the entire waterfront. Everyone WANTS to assist you--the bellman recommended food places. the desk people were courteous defined.
