  Being honest here, and I am never one to read bad reviews and believe them. But a little disappointed with the Holiday Inn. Rooms were good, the service was excellent, but wow, the food was a disappointment.. Breakfast is the best meal of the day. ABC and XYZ, PQR awesome waiters, thank you for looking after us so well each morning, ABC makes the best omlettes. Lunch and dinner were VERY disappointing. We didn't like the lunch selection, so we ordered a burger and fries...the meat was raw. We ended up going into town on the bus every afternoon, spending time on the beach and eating our dinners in town. Overall just a disappointment...we have stayed at lots of all inclusives in the past, and I think I can honestly say we won't do it again. But on top of that you can not beat the service, the Holiday Inn is lucky to have such happy people working for them.

  I was at this resort in jan 2011 an found it to be a nice hotel but i would sugest you ask for the tower rooms i stayed on the ...

  i was at this resort in jan 2011 an found it to be a nice hotel but i would sugest you ask for the tower rooms i stayed on the 17th floor an found the view breath taking an the rooms were incredible the food on the other hand was nothing more then a 2 star rating, service was average the worst entertainment ive ever seen for a resort,if it wasent for the view i had i would say stay clear of this resort.i would return but only if i had the same room or floor.

  THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY THE WAITERS IN THE RESTARANTS. THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE FOOD SELECTION AND THE DRINKS. WE HAD A NICE VIEW OF THE CITY AND THE BEACH FROM OUR ROOM AND ONLY HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM. THE AIR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THE REMOTE CONTROL DIDN'T WORK, THE PHONE WOULD NOT RING, AND WE HAD TO CALL DAILY TO GET FACE TOWELS. TO SOME IT UP, IT'S A NICE HOTEL WITH A FEW QUIRKS AS WITH ANY.

  Front desk staff is not helpful at all. room a/c in the old tower does not work properly! over all, the service is really bad!
