  WE SPENT OUR 40 TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY THERE.ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEK-END.SPECTACULARY CLEAN.JUST A SMALL WALK TO PIER AND PROMENADE.PERFECT LOCATION TO BE AWAY A LITTLE FROM PIER NOISE AND ROMANTIC EVENING WALK.POOL A LITTLE SMALL,IF YOU LIKE BIG POOL.GYM AND SPA A JEWEL .DREAM BEDS. FRONT DESK, VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONALS..WORTH THE MONEY.HOPE TO SPEND OUR 50 TH ANNIVERSARY THERE.

  there are plenty of other hotels for $300/night in southern california with a little more ambiance. This is a cross between business/resort and it's not really great at either. Location is less desirable if you are here for the beach (pool is small) and business it's crowded and congested with slow valet service. Try the Holiday Inn (seriously for the money it's better).

  I love this hotel so much. The beds are unbelieveable, you will want to buy your own. Upon entering the hotel you immediatly feel pampered. The whole hotel is as spectacular as the lobby. The location is great as it is only steps to the ocean and santa monica pier. The 3rd street promenade is a haul but it is walkable.
