This is a great place if you're interested in a pool/techno party scene; it is not ideal for a quiet, romantic get-away. The hotel itself is nice & the service is very good, though the restaurants were sub-par. It's a close walk into town (also a bit too party for my blood) and the concierges were very helpful in steering us to great restaurants both in Cabo San Lucas & San Jose del Cabo.

Well it sure was gorgeous! but the first night there was HELL! Picture traveling all day and wanting a little rest around 11pm...not on a Sunday at ME. The Techno was so loud by the pool party- I couldn't hear my own TV turned up to the max in my room. My Friend in another part of the Hotel said her bed actually shook! This went on until 4am even though I called down to complain 3 times!! They only sent me ear plugs which I had to use with 3 pillows covering my head and still I heard the music as if the DJ was in my room. I booked this trip 6 weeks in advance with no warning of the loud event coming my way....the next night was the same except thankfully ended around 12 am. Other than that I had a nice time, the room smelled a little of mildew and the shower pressure was horrid. But the staff was nice and the place is so gorgeous and really close to everything...my friends and I ended up having a great time....next time though I will make sure I am not coming during any kind of techno event....

I just got married at Me Cabo in June and had about 37 guests staying at the resort. The whole experience was amazing!! The staff could not have been better and EVERYONE was charged correctly. In fact everyone was suprised how cheap the bill was at the end of their stay. All of our wedding guests who stayed at Me Cabo can not stop raving about how much fun they had and the service was top of the line. The rooms were also super clean! Our wedding could not have been better and the staff so friendly! If you want to have a blast in Cabo and be close to town this is the hotel to stay at. If you are planning a wedding in Cabo and have a group of people that are looking for fun, this is the spot! I did several site visits at several different hotels and I am glad this was my pick! For our honeymoon we stayed at Pueble Bonita Pacifica and Me cabo had better service and cleaner rooms by far! We did not get bothered once by the time share people at Me Cabo. If anyone thinks times share people are bad at Me Cabo do not stay at the Pueblo Bonito chains!

yes it is a nice hotel. beautiful beach. great location. walking distance to Marina, mall, & restaurants. It is about 10min walk. walking along the beach left or right can be found are restaurants. To the right, after passing all the beach restaurant, you will need to go thru few blocks to get to the Marina and more restaurants. as for the service, be warn. it comes across friendly but be extremely careful. too much to drink and you will not know what was charged on the bill. Wrong charges few times for my friends and I. You can argue all you want, they will not remove the charges. They asked if I drank too much and not realize it. what kind of accusation is that. The hotel is expensive. Definitely not for families or honeymoon. If you are looking for a party and a noisy place, then this is the place. Music starts on Thursday throughout the day till next morning. FYI. also be careful with the front lobby so called Travel Agent. Claiming it is part of check-in. It is NOT. They will not talk about tour infos.....but they will. Breakfast is not free. it req deposit. go outside and you can bargain for better deal if you plan to do any tours. shuttle from/to Airport to hotel roundtrip is $30 USA. water taxi to the Lover Island across is $* USA roundtrip...stay as long you like. tell the driver what time you like to be picked up. Bring drink, snack,....for picnic over the island. Hope info come usual. Have a great time in Cabos travelers.

The ME hotel in Cabo was nice. It definitely reflected the price. The rooms were classy and clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We were warned about the music pool side and everything we were told was true. It is the constant beat of techno/club music which continued on into the night with their indoor/outdoor club. It would be nice if they could switch it up every once in a while. We also understood that this hotel was not all-inclusive. But we were really rubbed the wrong way when we were told that we couldn't even have our own water bottles by the pool. We spent thousands of dollars to stay at this hotel for only four days. It really left a bad taste in our mouths when we were asked to leave with the waters we bought at a little market. I was really surprised at how expensive Cabo was. If not for the beautiful beach, turquoise water, and latin flare, we might as well have been in Newport Beach, California.
