We had not been to Mazatlan so didnt really know where to stay but we really lucked out when we booked at The Inn. If youre looking for a place that is central to great restaurants shops and the beach...The Inn is the place for you. We were approached by someone who wanted to sell us a piece of it right after checking in but I have to say that they didnt bug us about it. No high pressure sales which we really appreciated because we were there to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The staff was terrific the restaurant attached has fantastic food and service. The poolside waiters were awesome. We could go on and on but basically our trip could not have been better. After walking up and down the beach we decided that we were in the right place for our romantic getaway.

I would stay at The Inn at Mazatlan again without hesitation. I would rate it as an excellent place to stay. The staff and overall service was friendly, couteous and very helpful. The room had a breathtaking view of the ocean and immaculate grounds surrounded us. When I requested more hangars they were delivered in minutes. The room was clean when we arrived and housekeeping kept it that way every day. The beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough. It was a good value for the money. My only complaints about the room were the refrigerator that could not be adjusted and everything froze in it and the alarm clock went off at all different times and could not be turned off- it had to be unplugged.

The hotel is quite beautiful and all rooms have a set back ocean view. The garden setting is gorgeous and both pools are very nice. The rooms not in the tower are somewhat dated and the one thing not liked was the hotel dings you for all your needs...coffee and such you had to buy from the front desk...even though there is a coffee maker in the room. No coffee cups and the maids never gave new glasses when you had used ones in your room...cleaned them myself. Just little stuff that most people take for granted. Internet is available at the hotel but not for free as we assumed. They charge $40 american dollars per week for use. Wow more than I would have felt they needed to charge. Overall we did love the Inn. The restaurant, Papaguyas is one of the best places to eat. Delicious food and not overpriced compared to other places in Mazatlan. Another DO NOT MISS eating place is "I Love Lucy's" downtown..Awesome food and so much to choose from..will go back there again next year more than once! Go downtown on the weekend nights. The square by the Theatre is very busy...lots of music and people and just a nice evening to be had.

The Inn at Mazatlan was an amazing experience! Their customer service was unmatched and simply the most attentive I've ever experienced. How often do you stay at a hotel that when you leave you hug the staff goodbye? We did here! Our rooms were gorgeous, the pool, bar, food, drinks, prices, everything was simpl perfect! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested. The hotel's website definitely does not do justice to the beauty and unsurpassed experience you'll receive at this hotel. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at the Inn at Mazatlan and stayed Oct. 2008 and had a great time. The resort location is the best in Mazatlan right in the golden zone within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. The resort is well run, clean and right on the beach and has lots of lounge chairs and shade if you want it. The Fiesta on Wed. night was fun for the whole family with Pinatas, mexican dancers, singers and a great mexican buffet. Our room was very nice. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable at the resort. They have happy hour twice a day. The pools were beautiful and clean and we felt very safe at this resort.
