I would recommend this hotel to people that like to have fun. For the most part we love the staff…I would say room service isn’t the best and nor is the front desk but other than that Oscar and Frankie in valet are wonderful and so are many others. The food is good and location is the best! I’ve stayed at a few other hotels in Cabo but we always come back to PB Blanco. If you are looking for something quiet and peaceful I would stay at another hotel like Las Ventanas esperanza #40those two cost a lot more#41 or PB sunset PB pacifica. This hotel is in the heart of everything going on. You can also use the spa next door at the rose and it is stunning. We use it daily for the steam with cucumbers for eyes and different world pools. The Gym is upstairs from the spa and is very nice and has everything you need to work out. You can walk to the marina mall all dance places and most all dinner places you would want to visit. Few tips...bring your own pillow for comfort and have the taxi stop at costco #40on the way#41 going to your hotel. The kitchen area is small but easy to cook in. We eat breakfast and lunch normally in our rooms and dinner out. The little store at the resort is very expensive so bring from home anything you need...garlic salt pam spray oil ect...I bring all in my suit case.

This was my second trip to Pueblo Bonito Blanco and once again it was great. Traveling with just my adult daughter we always felt safe and comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and accomodating. We had some good meals at the restaurants on sight. Loved the tortilla soup. The pool was a great temperature for cooling off. The suite was clean and housekeeping did a nice job each day of tidying up for us.Noticed more young children than last year and was hoping for adults only. They were well behaved for the most part but a few seemed unattended at the pool and were a bit loud as we were trying to just read and talk. They were hanging right in front of us but I didn't see any parents or grandparents attending to them on our side of the pool .

We booked this hotel specifically 3 weeks in advance and when we arrived they said they were full. We complained that we had booked there for a reason and they did not apologize or offer any assistance with arrangements just scooped up our bags and said we were going next door. They gave us a room at the Pueblo Bonito Rose their sister property next door which overlooked the kitchen and water/airconditioner service areas. It was extremely noisy and constant noise of carts and delivery trucks early in the morning. DO not accept room 5041!!! There was a guy spying on the rooms with binoculars from this area as well. Do not know if he was looking at guests or staff. We were happy to go home.

The hotel is very good for a beach hotel. Not fancy but very clean and most important, fantastic view. Staff is very attentive and professional. The only hassle is the timeshare vendors but if you have some time to spare, it can give you some extra cash in Cabo. Food at the hotel is expensive but in line with the cost of everyplace else in town.

We loved our stay! The hotel is not fancy but it's very clean and it has a great location. Food is overpriced but in line with everyplace else in town. Staff is very friendly and professional. I would definately go back.
