  I read through the comments and decided to try this hotel. I as SO Impressed. Someone commented that it was great for a budget hotel, and I didn't know what to make of that comment - I hate to think that I am "snooty", but I probably am - this place was wonderful. Great location, friendly staff, very clean conditions, great security, included a small kitchen in each room - barely a block off the best beach in the world. - Nice pool. If you are going to look for a location off the beach - you will not be disapointed.

  when we lived there my husband worked there in 2006. Stayed there when we sold out house before driving up to the states early Sept. 2006 on top of a hurrican nonetheless & oh we moved to this place after leaving very noisy marina fiesta! HUGE rooms, comfortable, kitchen, etc. the staff are all great, friendly AND its a secure property. so there is an empty lot BIG deal its mexico people - its not all ritz there. for $/nite what do you expect! go stay at a resort if you dont want to live in close proximity to locals...duh. Plan to return and STAY in October. Was so glad this place opened b/c the other budget places in Cabo can be SCARY...the bed was so soft esp after packing up our house for 5 days it was welcome! very clean property and housekeeping too. breakast was fine and close walk to Lobster Garden!

  The hotel is nice and clean the location is bad, the empty lots next door and neer by full of garbage and dead bushes is not what i want to ...

  The hotel is nice and clean the location is bad, the empty lots next door and neer by full of garbage and dead bushes is not what I want to see any time specially when I go on vacation, the receptionist was not very informative or curtious. We will not stay in the same hotel on our next visit to Cabo.

  My friend and I are late 20's/early 30s. We were going for the budget trip, but found this place to be pretty nice. We walked (about 10-15 minutes) to the beach everyday. It's the same distance to the bars/downtown. Super clean and spacious. Decent pool. 7-11 connected to the reception desk for late night munchies. We were 100% satisfied with our stay!"
