Pretty gorgeous place. Food is good in restaurant. Most of the staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. BUT.... Concierge was MIA! Needed help finding a restaurant closeby and no one in the front desk knows the area! Hmmm... Front desk definitely needs customer service training! Bed and pillows were not comfy for us. Love the shuttle service and the grounds were very pretty. Hotel stay was reasonably priced especially to entice us to visit during the holidays. We would visit again.

Was a romantic getaway. The rooms were spacious & clean, the staff were friendly & helpful. There wasn't a wait to enjoy the hotel amenities. A couple things mentioned about the location & view weren't true. You're only minutes from the beach, resturants, & other night life if you're driving or getting a ride. Were told we would get an ocean view; Our view was of Legoland. Even at different sides of the hotel there's no view of the ocean at all.
